Realize a master data management solution (MDM): Distribute master data fully automatically to other clients, databases, or even third-party systems, e.g. the item master data with sub-tables or the customer master data with delivery addresses.
- Work with a central master data and automatic distribution to country databases.
- Exchange master data with subsidiaries, sales or production sites, other clients, or databases as an intercompany solution.
- Connect to other systems, such as e-commerce, customs, shipping & tracking portals, labeling systems, and much more.

Data changes are monitored across tables and on a field-by-field basis. The transfer of data takes place automatically in the background. No user interactions are required. Here is an example: If an item translation is changed, the system will log the item as changed and starts to transfer it automatically. The additional configurable field protection prevents misleading or unwanted changes by users. You also automatically receive and process new data from connected systems. With comprehensive logging through to receipt in the target system, on-demand deep monitoring, data analysis views, and an optional test mode, you have complete control and protection directly in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment at any time - even with complex interfaces.
Flexible setup
The app is set up via a wizard with optional quick-start templates. You can create and use your own message types flexibly and as required and obtain ready-made setups from the YAVEON shop. No programming is required. Depending on your needs, you can use a variety of technical formats to communicate. Choose between XML files, CSV, JSON, flat files, or other formats.
